PAYMENT PLANS

An investment in orthodontic treatment will be appreciated your entire life by giving you the confidence of a beautiful smile. The cost of treatment depends on the patients' specific needs and the different options of treatment. We have differing payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment and low monthly fee option. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans and file the necessary papers to the insurance company.

We offer the following options:

* If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a 5% bookkeeping courtesy. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for the payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)

*To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months. For your convenience, monthly payments are drafted from checking or savings accounts or charged on your credit card.

*In cases of severe delinquency, treatment may be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.
